These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of meshapparel.co (the "Site") and any inquiry or business communication you make through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About us

The Site is operated by Mesh Apparel, a business-to-business apparel and glove manufacturer based at 477/11 Abdullahpur, Faisalabad 38000, Pakistan ("Mesh Apparel", "we", "us" or "our").

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational and legitimate business purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Product information, samples and specifications

Product images, descriptions, fabrics, certifications and reference tools on the Site are provided for general information. They illustrate our manufacturing capabilities and are examples, not stock items for immediate sale. Colours, measurements, fabric details and compliance references may vary and are confirmed on a per-order basis through samples and written specifications.

Quotations, MOQs and orders

• Any prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times or capabilities mentioned on the Site or in early discussions are indicative and are not a binding offer.
• A binding agreement is formed only when order details, pricing, quantities and timelines are confirmed in writing between you and Mesh Apparel.
• Pre-production samples are provided for approval before bulk production; bulk output is manufactured against the approved sample and agreed specification.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography and the fabric tools — is owned by or licensed to Mesh Apparel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our prior written permission. Designs, artwork and specifications that you provide to us remain yours, and we use them only to quote and produce your order.

Free tools

The Fabric Encyclopedia and Fabric Consumption Calculator are provided "as is" for general guidance. Their outputs are estimates and should be verified before you rely on them for production or purchasing decisions.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mesh Apparel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its information. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, scheduling or messaging tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
