We scope the requirement
We discuss quantities, fabrics, sizing and delivery timelines over email, WhatsApp or a scheduled call - whichever suits you. Tech packs and reference samples both work as a starting point.
Quotation and sampling
Once the specification is clear you receive a detailed quotation. On approval we develop a pre-production sample so you can confirm fit, fabric and branding before bulk.
Production and delivery
With the sample signed off, we lock the production schedule, run in-line and pre-shipment quality checks, and arrange delivery to your destination.
What to include in your message
The more context you share, the faster we can give you accurate answers. Helpful details include the product type - workwear, sportswear, lifestyle or hygiene garments, or gloves - estimated order quantity, preferred fabrics or GSM, sizing range, target market and your delivery deadline. If you are not sure about any of these yet, that is fine too: we regularly help new brands work out their specifications during development.
